Job Description
1. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the quality management system across the entire factory.
- Plan, organize, and monitor quality control activities for raw materials, production processes and finished products.
- Be responsible for quality targets and KPIs of QA/QC within the defined scope.
- Develop standards, evaluation procedures, and continuous improvement processes for the quality management system to meet customer requirements and international standards.
- Supervise product quality inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with related departments to address issues related to product defects and customer complaints.
- Report quality control results, analyze root causes of defects, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Strictly adhere to quality management policies, processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of product defects.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve product quality and the effectiveness of the QA system.
- Develop and maintain quality reports to support management evaluation and decision-making.
Job Requirements
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise:
- Familiar with quality management standards such as ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
- Understanding of production processes and factors affecting product quality.
- Ability to analyze data and identify quality issues.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Effective teamwork abilities.
- Analytical skills, reporting, and quality improvement planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- High sense of responsibility and adherence to company policies.
4. Related Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing factory.
- Candidates with experience in the plastics or packaging industry are preferred.
