Job Description – Vietnamese

• Ensure production targets are met.
• Develop and implement production plans.
• Manage performance, quality, and KPIs for the production team.
• Recruit, assess, and train production staff.
• Organize production meetings and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee production progress, ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Report production results and address issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Identify production risks and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality meets standards.

Job Requirements

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Mechanics or related fields.

2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise:

• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, workforce, and machinery management.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards in manufacturing.
• Proficient in improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S.

3. Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong people management, work delegation, motivation, and coaching abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
• Proficient in office software and production management systems (ERP, MES, etc.).

4. Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production at manufacturing plants.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production management position.
• Preference for candidates with experience in plastic or packaging manufacturing.

5. Core Competencies:
